We worked with the client to develop concepts for a hotel with conference facilities and a public cafe, alongside potential apartment accommodation. As well as the facades and site layout, architect Geoff Lentz designed floor layouts to incorporate accommodation units, service areas, kitchens, dining and conference facilities, social spaces, and a street-level cafe accessible to the public as well as guests. Detailed perspective images were prepared to assist the developer in presenting to prospective investors.
