This beautiful period villa in Queen St Cambridge, features an elegant street facade and sensitively renovated interiors. 

The owner's vision was to bring the back of the building into character with the front; to enhance the villa with a new office, robe and ensuite, and to replace the old 'tin' garage with a new garage and attached bed and breakfast studio.

Project designer Marie Fleming, worked with the clients to create a private bedroom suite incorporating the office, robe and ensuite forming a wing flowing from the main bedroom at the rear of the building. The addition echoes the character detailing the rest of the house, featuring a generous bay window sized to fit the french tub bath.

Opposite the verandah, the studio and garage enclose the garden and outdoor patio area. With afternoon sun drenching the studio balcony, this is the perfect place to enjoy the surrounds!

Inside, the character continues with the meticulous work of the builder Kevin Gray, apparent in the attention to detail throughout. Together with the clients decoration of the spaces, this gacious home exudes style.
