Each of PAUA's new homes and renovations are a reflection of our clients, their lifestyle, and their place in the world.

For many people, building a new house is a once-in-a-lifetime event. PAUA Architects can be your trusted partner throughout the whole experience. We can answer any questions you have, and help you understand each step of the process.

The journey begins with a conversation, to discuss your aspirations, needs and values, and to explain how we would like to work with you.

collaborative approach

A common thread amongst PAUA's civic project work, is the importance of good consultation with diverse groups of users, owners, instigators and funders.

Great design and architecture are all about the people who will use and inhabit the spaces. We know from experience that more collaboration and more kōrero with clients and communities, will lead to better design and better outcomes.

project management

The nature of Architectural work is highly collaborative, and the PAUA team have extensive experience coordinating and managing projects on clients' behalf.

While larger projects frequently involve independent project managers, Architects understand the whole of the design and construction process probably better than anyone, and are well placed to provide professional advice and assistance throughout your project.

FEASIBILITY
STUDIES

If you are looking to test ideas or establish a business case in order to seek funding, PAUA can assist with a Feasibility Study.

This could be as simple as an initial concept design and an estimate of the construction cost, or we can go into detail, consider additional options, and pull in other consultants to explore the feasibility in more depth.
